At Lazy Beds, we believe you should only keep a mattress you truly love. That's why every mattress comes with a 100-nights risk-free trial. Sleep on it, test it, and if you're not completely satisfied, we'll make it right β€” with a full refund or exchange.

Returns Process

Returning your Lazy Beds mattress is easy and completely free. Here's how it works:

  • Contact our support team β€” Email us at returns@lazybeds.com or call +1 (206) 555-8723 to request a return authorization.
  • Provide your order details β€” Have your order number and email address ready. We'll verify your purchase date.
  • Schedule a pickup β€” We'll coordinate with a local charity or recycling partner to pick up the mattress from your home.
  • Receive your refund β€” Once the mattress is picked up and inspected, we'll issue a full refund to your original payment method.

Return Eligibility

To qualify for a return or exchange, please ensure:

  • Your return request is initiated within 10 days of the delivery date.
  • You have slept on the mattress for at least 30 nights (this allows proper break-in time).
  • The mattress is in good condition β€” no stains, burns, tears, or excessive damage.
  • The mattress is free from bed bugs, odors, or health hazards.
Eco-Friendly Returns: Returned mattresses are never sent to landfills. We donate gently used mattresses to local shelters and recycle all materials whenever possible.

Exchanges

If you love the quality but want a different firmness level (Plush Soft, Medium, or Firm), we offer free exchanges within the 100-nights trial period. Here's how:

  • Contact our team to request an exchange.
  • We'll ship your new mattress (free of charge).
  • Once your new mattress arrives, we'll schedule pickup of the original mattress.
  • You only pay the difference if exchanging to a higher-priced model. If exchanging to a lower-priced model, we'll refund the difference.

What Items Are Returnable?

  • All Lazy Beds mattresses (Evergreen, Rainier, Olympic, Sanctuary, Cloud, Forest)
  • Mattress toppers (unused, in original packaging within 30 days)
  • Pillows (final sale due to hygiene reasons β€” but we offer a 30-day comfort guarantee)
  • Bed frames & foundations (returnable within 30 days, customer pays return shipping)
  • Clearance or "Final Sale" items (non-returnable)

Refund Timeline

Once your return is approved and the mattress is picked up:

  • Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after pickup confirmation.
  • Funds typically appear in your account within 3-10 business days depending on your bank or credit card issuer.
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to a manufacturing defect or our error.

Damaged or Defective Products

If your mattress arrives damaged or has a manufacturing defect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We'll arrange a free replacement immediately and schedule pickup of the damaged item at no cost to you. Photographs may be requested to document the issue.

10-Year Warranty

In addition to our 100-nights trial, every Lazy Beds mattress comes with a 10-year limited warranty covering:

  • Sagging or body impressions greater than 1.5 inches.
  • Broken or loose zippers on the mattress cover.
  • Manufacturing defects in the foam, latex, or coil system.

The warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, comfort preference, stains, burns, or damage from improper handling. For warranty claims, contact us with your order number and photos of the issue.

International Returns

Currently, we only ship to the contiguous United States. For customers in Alaska or Hawaii, please contact our support team for specific return instructions. Return shipping costs for non-contiguous states may apply.
